With over 23 years of legal experience in real estate and business law, Rick has extensive expertise in most aspects of real estate and business law including: acquisition, contracts, land use, development, and litigation. Rick has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including land developers, municipalities, real estate brokers, lenders, borrowers, and investors, handling both simple and complex real estate developments and business transactions.
Rick is a member of the Utah State Bar and licensed to practice law in Utah.
Education
- Juris Doctorate – University of Utah College of Law
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science – Brigham Young University
- Rick was a senior staff and published member of the Utah Law Review. He also worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Richard C. Howe at the Utah Supreme Court. He received his post-graduate training and diploma from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
