Legal Practice

Aaron represents business owners, landowners, real estate developers, builders, subcontractors, and high net worth individuals in general business matters, large multi-million dollar transactions, the preparation of and administration of sophisticated estate plans, and in the resolution of commercial disputes and litigation. Aaron’s business practice includes the structure and formation of entities, joint ventures and partnerships, including the preparation of articles of incorporation, articles of organization, operating agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, bylaws, buy/sale agreements and other governing documents. He has advised seller’s and buyers in the purchase and sale of both businesses, assets, and real property. Aaron’s real estate practice includes the representation of both seller’s and buyer’s, the due diligence process, title review, preparation and litigation relating to CC&Rs and other real property encumbrances, preparation of design review guidelines, the negotiation and preparation of development agreements with cities and towns, the negotiation and preparation of easements and access agreements, litigation to quiet title, foreclosures, and short sales.  Aaron has litigated in the Arizona Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Arizona Federal District Court, the Arizona Superior Court, and the Justice Courts. His litigation experience includes business and contract disputes, creditor and debtor litigation, adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy, and personal injury cases.

Aaron is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, the U.S. District Court – District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona.

Business Experience

Aaron leverages over 30 years of diverse business experience spanning credit and collections, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, facilitation, business development, consumer relations, and government relations. He  has held key roles in various businesses such as COO, General Manager, and Senior Vice President, bringing valuable leadership insights. Aaron has also served on various non-profit and corporate boards, has contributed to community initiatives like the City of Mesa’s Financing the Future Committee, and has shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science – Arizona State University
  • Aaron completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. In law school, he was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar, a Mary Moers Wenig National Student Writing Competition award winner in the area of Estate Planning, a CALI award winner for academic achievement in International Institutions, and was awarded Pro Bono Distinction.
