Aaron focuses his practice in the areas of Business Law, Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Civil Litigation.

Law Practice

Aaron represents businesses and individuals in various, legal, business and financial scenarios.  Aaron has advised and prepared sophisticated estate plans for high net worth individuals; he has represented clients in various real estate matters including multi-million dollar transactions, real estate litigation to quiet title, foreclosures, and short sales; he has represented businesses in the formation and governance of their companies as well as advising them through the purchase and sale of their businesses; he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters, including business/contract disputes, creditor and debtor litigation, and serious injuries; and, he has represented both individuals and businesses in the US Bankruptcy Courts.

Aaron is a member of the State Bar of Arizona is admitted to practice law in Arizona, the U.S. District Court – District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona.

Business Experience

Aaron has over 20 years of business experience in the areas of credit & collections, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, facilitation, business development, consumer relations, and government relations. He has served as a COO, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Consumer Relations Manager, and on several non-profit and corporate boards of directors. Aaron served on the City of Mesa, Financing the Future Committee, and as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at Western International University. He is a former member of the Board of Examiners, and Senior Examiner for the State of Arizona Governor’s Award for Quality, and a former member of the Society of Certified Credit Executives. Aaron is a Rotarian and is currently a member of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate – The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University;
  • Master of Business Administration in Finance – Western International University;
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science -Arizona State University;
  • Aaron completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. In law School, he was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar; a Mary Moers Wenig National Student Writing Competition award winner in the area of Estate Planning; a CALI award winner for academic achievement in International Institutions, and was awarded Pro Bono Distinction.
