Denny is a founding member of the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of Business and Real Estate Law, including business formations, transactions, LLC and corporations law, corporate governance, and both commercial and residential real estate. Denny’s significant experience as a participant in large scale business and real estate transactions allow him to provide an unique perspective to clients in similar scenarios.

As a lawyer, Denny represents businesses in high level negotiations, large real estate transactions and funding, corporate governance matters, and mergers & acquisitions.

Business & Real Estate Experience

As a business executive, Denny has over 15 years experience in capital strategy, business and real estate funding, business transactions, mergers & acquisitions, business development, and corporate governance. Denny has been a CEO, CFO, General Manager and Director in various businesses. He has experience in the financial services, construction contracting, real estate development, manufacturing, service, and restaurant management industries. Denny currently sits on many boards of directors for non-profit and for profit organizations. He has served on the planning board for Maricopa County, and has been recognized by several community service organizations for his generous service. He has served on the board of directors of the East Valley Partnership, the United Food Bank, the Mesa United Way, the Banner Desert Advisory Board and is currently a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership. He is an active Rotarian and Past President of the Mesa Baseline Rotary Club. Denny is fluent in Japanese and maintains business relationships within the financial services industry in Japan.

Education

Denny has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University, and a Juris Doctorate from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Denny completed Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. Denny was the Recipient of the Dean’s Award for the 2008 graduating class at the ASU law school and earned Pro Bono Distinction.
