Bryan focuses his practice in the areas of Business Transactions and Estate Planning.
Business Experience
In his business practice, Bryan represents businesses and entrepreneurs in negotiating agreements which enable them to focus on growing their companies. Bryan has helped businesses acquire relationships, inventory, and land. Bryan has helped entrepreneurs buy and sell all types of businesses ranging from Dental Practices to Construction Companies. Bryan has represented clients in a broad spectrum of transactions and continues to look for ways to help his clients innovate in their transactions and processes.
Estate Planning
In his estate planning practice, Bryan helps families and individuals get their estate in order to be prepared for whatever issues may arise in life. Bryan has prepared all types of estate planning vehicles, and assisted in the administration of many estate sizes.
Education
Bryan is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.S., Business Management – Finance, 2006) and the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University (Juris Doctorate, 2009). Bryan is a founding member and partner of Huber Barney & Arnold.
Bar
Bryan is a member of the Arizona State Bar and licensed to practice law in Arizona state and federal district courts.
